Was hospitalized for several days
On Tuesday, the health of PM Modi’s mother deteriorated, after which she was admitted to a hospital in Ahmedabad. PM Modi’s mother was having trouble breathing and she was also complaining of phlegm. However, on Thursday, a statement was issued by the hospital, in which it was told that there is improvement in health.
Died in UN Mehta Hospital
Heeraben Modi died at UN Mehta Hospital at 3:30 am on Friday. She was 100 years old. He was admitted to the hospital late on Tuesday night after having trouble breathing. He also had a complaint of phlegm. Modi himself gave the news of his death through a tweet. After this reached Ahmedabad at 7:45 am. From here he directly went to brother Pankaj Modi’s house in Raisan village of Gandhinagar. The last journey started as soon as Modi arrived. The last rites were performed at the cremation ground in Sector-30.
