Good news for the Indian team, Jasprit Bumrah returns, will now play ODIs
Fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah has returned to Team India. He will be seen playing in the ODI series against Sri Lanka. He was included in the team.
On Tuesday, the BCCI announced the return of Bumrah. The first match of the ODI series will be played in Guwahati on 10 January. Jasprit was injured during a training session just before the South Africa series in September last year. He had to miss the Asia Cup and T20 World Cup due to injury.
Last match was played against Australia
Bumrah played the last match on 25 September 2022. He returned from injury in the home series against Australia. He did not play the first match and after that he was part of the playing-11 in the second and third matches. After that he was out again after getting injured.
Ravindra Jadeja is also out of the team due to injury.
All-rounder Ravindra Jadeja was also injured during the Asia Cup played in UAE in August last year. He had injured his knee. After which he underwent surgery. He is also out of Team India right now.
