Weather will take a turn in Uttarakhand, chances of snowfall on 11th and 12th

After getting relief for a few days in Uttarakhand, once again the weather is going to change in the state for the next 2 days. Actually, since January 11, Western Disturbance is becoming active in the state. Due to which a change in the weather will be seen from January 11. That is, till now a slight rise in the temperature across the state was seen, whereas after January 11, there is a possibility of severe cold once again in the state.

Snowfall will start

It should be noted that due to the increasing cold in the mountains and plains, the miseries of the people have increased. At the same time, the coming days can be more troublesome for the people. According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of light rain and snowfall at some places in Uttarkashi, Chamoli and Pithoragarh districts of the state on January 11. Along with this, there is a possibility of light to moderate rain and snowfall in the mountainous areas of Dehradun, Tehri, Rudraprayag and Bageshwar. On the other hand, according to the Meteorological Department, there is no possibility of heavy rain and snowfall on January 11, but from January 11, the process of rain and snowfall is going to start once again in the state.

Fog will increase tension

After which the activity of rain and snowfall can be seen in the mountainous areas of the state. But the situation in the plains will remain the same. Therefore, there is a possibility of more severe cold in the plains. According to the Meteorological Department, on January 12, there is a possibility of snowfall in areas with a height of more than 3000 meters and rain in other areas of the state. At present, no activity will be seen in the plains on January 11 and 12. Therefore, after January 12, the weather will be clear in the state. Along with this, the havoc of fog will be seen once again in the plains.
