Delhi Police raid in Bhalswa Dairy, 2 hand grenades recovered from a house, wires are connected to Khalistani terrorists

After the arrest of two suspected Khalistan-backed terrorists from Delhi’s Jahangirpuri, now hand grenades have been recovered from a house during a raid conducted by Special Cell of Delhi Police in Bhalswa Dairy area. The raid was carried out on the tip of Jagjit alias Jassa and Naushad, arrested from Jahangirpuri.
Delhi Police is interrogating both the accused arrested under UAPA, Jagjit alias Jassa alias Jassa alias Yakub alias Kaptan, resident of Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand and Naushad, resident of Jahangirpuri, in 14-day remand.
During the investigation, both the accused took the Special Cell team to their rented house in Shraddhanand Colony under Thana Bhalswa Dairy on Friday night. During the search of the room, two hand grenades have been recovered from there.
Along with this, the FSL team also found traces of human blood from the house which was raided. The FSL team has taken possession of the blood sample for examination.
The police suspect that these two accused had killed someone inside this room, but so far no information about the deceased has come to the fore.
Significantly, the Special Cell of Delhi Police claimed to have foiled a major conspiracy by arresting two suspected terrorists from Jahangirpuri area before the Republic Day. During the arrest, the police recovered three pistols along with 22 live cartridges from their possession.
Has connection with Arshdeep Dala
It has been told that Jagjit Singh was in contact with Khalistani terrorist Arshdeep Dala sitting in Canada. Arshdeep has been declared a terrorist by the Ministry of Home Affairs 4 days back. Arshdeep Dala is a terrorist of KTF i.e. Khalistan Tiger Force. He fled to Canada in 2017.
According to the police, the accused Naushad was associated with terrorist organization Harkat-ul-Ansar, had served life imprisonment in two cases of murder and 10 years in one case of Explosives Act. The accused Jagjit, on the other hand, is a member of the infamous Bambiha gang and has been receiving instructions from anti-national elements based abroad. He is a parole jumper in a murder case in Uttarakhand.
Plans were being made for target killing
If sources are to be believed, both the suspects were planning a target killing on the instructions of Arshdeep. Delhi Police says that before January 26, information was received about the suspicious role of some people. On the basis of this information, the investigation was being carried forward, when some suspects were reported to be in Jahangirpuri area of the capital. The police team raided there and took both the suspects into custody.
