If Mukhtar is not gangster, then there is no gangster in the country, says High Court, bail rejected

The Allahabad High Court remarked that if Mukhtar Ansari is not a criminal gangster, then there can be no gangsters in the country. Along with this, the High Court has rejected the bail application of the famous mafia in the case of gangster act registered for indiscriminate firing on laborers in Azamgarh.
The court said that even before this, while rejecting another bail application of Mukhtar, this court had said that there are 58 serious cases against Mukhtar like murder, attempt to murder, robbery, dacoity, extortion, kidnapping, extortion. His image is that of Robin Hood in North India. He is an inveterate and habitual criminal who is active in the world of crime since 1986 but till date he could not be punished in a single case, this is a challenge to our judicial system. If he is not a criminal gangster then there cannot be any other gangster in the country. The court said that the present offense which took place on February 6, 2014 was committed only to create panic among the common people. So that no one other than the accused and his gang members could dare to take the contract, therefore his gang members fired indiscriminately in which one innocent laborer was killed and others were injured.
One laborer was killed and several others were injured in the incident. Hearing Mukhtar’s bail application, Justice DK Singh remarked that despite having 58 cases under serious sections, till now Mukhtar could not be punished in any case because of his fear that no witness would come forward, nor would he be able to give any evidence. comes This is a challenge to our judicial system.
During the hearing of the bail application, Mukhtar Ansari’s advocate Upendra Upadhyay urged the court that he wanted to withdraw his application, so this bail application should be rejected on the basis of withdrawal. But Mukhtar did not give an undertaking that after withdrawing the application, he would not file another bail application.
