After ISRO’s report, Kharge made these allegations on PM by tweeting

Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge on Saturday targeted PM Modi over the Joshimath crisis. Accusing the government of suppressing reports of cracks in houses, he tweeted, “After Joshimath, now there are reports of cracks in houses from Karnprayag and Tehri Garhwal as well. Instead of solving the disaster and diagnosing the problems of the public, government agencies- ISRO’s reports were banned and interaction with the media was banned. Narendra Modi ji, don’t shoot the messenger.”

After Joshimath in Uttarakhand, cracks have also appeared in houses in Karnprayag. The process of demolishing two hotels named Malari Inn and Mount View, which have been declared unsafe in Joshimath, has started from Friday. The ground subsidence has caused both the hotels to lean on each other, causing major structural damage.

Cracks in houses in Karnprayag as well

Meanwhile, the Chamoli district administration on Thursday evening issued notices to eight families in Karnprayag, asking them to vacate the houses as they were declared unsafe to live in. Cracks had come to the fore in these houses after the increase in the activity of land subsidence. Karnprayag Naib Tehsildar Karnprayag said that we have given notice to eight families to vacate the houses which have become unsafe to live in and shifted the affected families to the shelter home run by the municipal board. Regarding the Joshimath crisis, PM Modi talked to Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami and assured all possible help. The PMO had taken a high level meeting regarding this matter. CM Pushkar Dhami had said that PM Modi is taking information about the Joshimath crisis every moment.
