Now it is easy to build a house on a small plot in Uttarakhand, no need to go around the authority, you can pass the map yourself in minutes

Building a house on a small sized plot in Uttarakhand has now become easy. The Housing Department has prepared 192 such maps for plots up to 90 yards, out of which you can build a house by choosing any map. There will be no need to go round the authority for this.

Till now, there is a provision to pass the map from the authority for building a house in the state. Recently, the Housing Department had issued 40 such maps which were pre-approved. In these maps too, people were having some difficulty in making selections according to the size of each plot.

Now the Housing Department has released 192 such maps online. According to the size of your plot, you can choose these maps and pass it yourself. Its fees will also be deposited online, after which the work of building the house has to be started directly. Additional Housing Commissioner PC Dumka told that these maps have been prepared. People will be able to pass maps very easily.

Apply from Common Service Center
To pass the map of the plot up to 90 yards, you have to go to your nearest Common Service Center. Directly from here choose the map of your choice and pass that. After this neither the hassle of going to the architect nor the need to go round the authority. CSC will charge Rs 50 for this. The fee will be deposited from here and the map will be available through CSC only.

It will benefit
Till now, there has been a trend of building a large number of houses on plots up to 90 yards without a map. If they are surveyed, a large number of houses without maps will come to the fore. Simplifying the process of maps of houses up to 90 yards will encourage planned construction. An affidavit will have to be given that there is no dispute on the construction.
