Uttar Pradesh/ Amethi : Husband jailed for killing wife, wife was having fun with lover
In Amethi, an innocent husband remained in jail for 11 days on the charge of killing his wife. Now the husband, who is out on bail, has found his wife after 12 years. His wife had married her lover. He also has three daughters. The in-laws had accused him of murder. The matter was pending in the court. In the end of January this month, the court was about to pronounce the sentence. Now that the wife is back alive, the husband has demanded action against those who filed the false case.
The case pertains to Alinagar Chaudharana Mohalla located in the town of Jais police station area. Manoj Verma, a resident of this place, was married in the year 2009 to Purva Niwari Seema Devi of Kurmin village of Bhadokhar. According to Manoj, on March 25, 2011, the wife suddenly went missing from the house. After a lot of research, he could not be found, so he lodged a missing report in Jais police station. Meanwhile, the family members of Seema Devi accused Manoj of murder. Took refuge in the court for this. After the order of the court, a case of murder was registered against Manoj and his parents in Jais police station. In the year 2019, the court sentenced Manoj. He had to remain in jail for 11 days. However, due to lack of sufficient evidence, he was out on bail. Manoj says he is innocent. He didn’t kill his wife, that’s why he kept searching for her for so many years. Meanwhile, on January 10, he got information that Seema was at her maternal house. In a race to prove himself innocent, Manoj reached Seema’s house with the police. When seen there, Seema was at home with her three daughters.
During interrogation, Seema told that she had married Ram Jagat, a resident of Shobnagar in Basti district. He has three children from him. Now she lives in Pune with husband Ram Jagat. Someone made a video in the presence of the police. On the basis of the video, Manoj has given proof of his innocence by giving an application in the court. He has reported that his wife is alive and is currently at her maternal home. Said that a wrong case was filed against him. He was sent to jail after being implicated in a false case. His wife is alive. Manoj has ended the case and demanded action against the person who filed the case wrongly.
