Photos and videos of Sadar PHC in-charge and women health officer in Khagaria, Bihar are going viral. In this, Dr. Krishna Kumar, in-charge of PHC, is getting face massage done by a female community health officer. After watching the objectionable video and photo of in-charge Dr. Krishna Kumar, the civil surgeon has issued a show cause notice on both of them. Since then the in-charge has absconded. Both are married, after which such objectionable photos are being seen.

Many pictures of both have gone viral in which both are very close to each other. Along with this, in the massage video, the woman is saying that don’t make the video, still the doctor is making the video. It was told that the Civil Surgeon has taken cognizance of the matter as soon as it comes out. Civil Surgeon Dr. Ram Narayan Chowdhary has asked both the officers whether it is right for officers like you to come out with videos and photos like this? Why not take action against both of you? The civil surgeon has written in his letter that the videos and pictures of both of you went viral on social media, which is in favor of the dignity of his post. Despite both of them being on responsible posts in the health department, people are angry after such videos and pictures surfaced.
Officers will take action after the answer
As soon as the video and photo went viral, Dr. Krishna Kumar, in-charge of the PHC, is said to be absconding. Such pictures and videos point in the other direction. The CS in-charge has sought an answer from him within three days. At present, the reply to the show cause notice is awaited. After the reply, strict action will be taken against both of them by the authorities. So that after this such incident is not repeated again.
