This evil practice continues in India too

What is my opinion about this practice?
In my opinion, this practice is inhuman and should be closed. A report believes that 1 out of 4 girls in Africa who are victims of this female mutuality goes through some kind of genital trouble. This health care is not done by providers, but many people get it done with some quack. There is no means of sterilization for girls properly and at the same time it takes a lot of time for their genital area to recover.
