Actor Shahnawaz Pradhan, who worked in the web series ‘Mirzapur’ and the film ‘Raees’, died of a heart attack. Actor Yashpal Sharma informed about this.
Pradhan fainted after complaining of severe chest pain during an award function on Friday evening. Shahnawaz Pradhan had a heart attack. Pradhan was immediately rushed to Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, but doctors declared him brought dead.
Sharma, who was present at the ceremony, shared the details of the event on Instagram. Pradhan has also worked in the films ‘MS Dhoni: The Untold Story’, ‘Khuda Hafiz’, ‘Raees’ and ‘Phantom’, besides the web series ‘The Family Man’ and ‘Hostages’.
Actor Rajesh Tailang, who worked with Pradhan in “Mirzapur”, tweeted a tribute to the actor. Many artists including Anoop Soni, Rohitash Gaur paid tribute to Pradhan on his tweet.
Bypass surgery was done a month ago
Significantly, when Pradhan was taken to the hospital, actress Surbhi Tiwari was also present there, Surbhi had gone to the hospital to get her brother treated. According to him, talks were going on in the hospital that Shahnawaz Pradhan had gone to some function where he collapsed. At the same time, according to the doctors, he had undergone bypass surgery a few months ago.
