Online registration for Chardham Yatra starts, know where and how to register?
Online registration of pilgrims for Char Dham Yatra has started from today. The portal of the tourism department has opened at seven in the morning. At present, pilgrims will be able to register for Badrinath and Kedarnath Dham. Registration will start after the formal announcement of the date of opening of the doors of Gangotri and Yamunotri Dham.

Last year Chardham and Hemkund Sahib had together attracted more than 46 lakh pilgrims. Whereas, about five lakh vehicles had reached these places. This time their number is expected to be more than this. The police had also made special arrangements for parking for vehicles last year. Maximum parking space was available in Haridwar.
