Former Russian President Medvedev furious over Putin’s arrest warrant, threatens missile attack on International Court

Former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has threatened a missile attack after the International Criminal Court (ICC) issued an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin. Medvedev warned ICC judges to “look closely at the sky”, and called the International Court of Justice “a pathetic international organization”.
