In Uttar Pradesh’s Moradabad district, a girl student who consumed poison died in the hospital on Monday. Troubled by the molestation, the Class 12 student had consumed insecticide on Sunday. The victim was immediately admitted to the district hospital. Before consuming the poisonous substance, the victim also wrote a 2-page suicide note. In which there is a mention of molestation and it was also told that he had already given an application in this regard to the Kundarki police station. This is the incident of a village in Kundarki police station area of Moradabad. The victim wrote a 2-page suicide note before consuming poison, “Sir, I and my parents complained everywhere. Now it is being forced to take this step. I was not punished during my life. Should be found after my death. How my parents taught me in difficulties. Even my dream was not allowed to come true. These people killed alive. I don’t have the courage to face these rich people anymore, so you will listen after your death. Punish them in such a way that girls from poor families can live and fulfill their dreams.
SP Dehat Sandeep Kumar Meena said that on the evening of March 19, it was reported that a girl had consumed insecticide. It was found that there was a case of molestation. In this case the application was received by the police. Action was being taken by the police. Dabish was being given. The accused was absconding. Before this, the girl had consumed insecticide.
At the same time, it was told on behalf of the police officer that the houses of the victim and the accused are opposite to each other. Earlier there used to be a dispute between the two families regarding the construction of the house. There used to be a mutual fight in this. There is an allegation against a person that he used to climb on the roof of the victim’s house and take photographs of her. There was also molestation. In this case, action was taken against the first accused on the 13th itself, but the station in-charge concerned did not take the matter seriously.
It has come to the investigation that action was taken against the accused party only under section 151. Now the sub-inspector found guilty in this case has been suspended. At the same time, on the basis of the suicide note left by the victim, one of the three has been arrested. Teams are engaged, rest of the accused will be arrested as soon as possible.
