The BJP said that the Congress, which killed the Constitution by imposing President’s rule in the Emergency and 91 times in the states, is pretending to save the Constitution and Democracy today. The state president of the party Mahendra Bhatt questioned how the Congress wants to save the constitution by taking to the streets to take constitutional rights despite opposition to justical and constitutional decisions and insults of the OBC society?

Reacting to the Constitution Bachao Andolan started by the Congress today, the state president said that the truth is that the Congress has no moral right to comment on constitutional dignity.
