Uttarakhand: Relief material sent to Joshimath disaster affected people, CM Dhami flag off material vehicles

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Monday flagged off relief material vehicles for the affected area of Joshimath from the Chief Minister Camp Office. This relief material is given under HDFC Bank’s CSR program. This relief material will be provided to the affected by the Manav Seva Samaj Sanstha in Joshimath. In Joshimath, 1500 hot water bags, 01 thousand blankets, 8 solar moving geysers, 01 thousand emergency solar charge lights, 20 thousand sanitary pads, 260 firefighters and 460 room heaters HDFC Bank were made available to the affected.
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami thanked HDFC Bank and Manav Seva Samaj Sanstha for this cooperation given to the affected people of Joshimath. The Chief Minister said that the government is working for rehabilitation and all the arrangements for the affected people of Joshimath. Institutions are also coming forward for the cooperation of the government. The Prime Minister has reviewed for the Joshimath -affected area, the state has received assurance of all possible cooperation from the central government. In this budget, a provision of one thousand crore rupees has been made for the affected area of Joshimath.
On this occasion, Circle Head Bakul Sikka of HDFC Bank, Gaurav Jain, Vivek Grover, Ashish Giri from Manav Seva Samaj Sanstha, Jitendra Mudaliar, Shyam Sundar and Uma were present.
