During this, he will keep his point regarding the functioning of IAS officers. The Secretariat Association alleges that not only during the departmental meetings, the officers of the Secretariat Service Cadre are being unnecessarily harassed by the IAS officers in a malicious manner. Rather, the work of humiliating them is also done. The Uttarakhand Secretariat Association has also registered its protest regarding this.
The special thing is that while expressing its displeasure against ACS Radha Raturi in particular, the Secretariat Association has also accused her of misbehaving and taking wrong decisions. Not only this, in case of such behavior in the future also, a warning has been given not to participate in the departmental meetings by the officers of the Secretariat Union.

This is the first time when the Uttarakhand Secretariat Association has written a letter to the Chief Minister and opened a front against the officers directly.
