The humidity level in the air ranged from 37 to 94 percent. There was light rain at some places in between.

According to Skymet Weather, the change in weather is due to western disturbances and other weather activities becoming active one after the other. 17 flights were diverted
Till late Thursday evening, 17 flights arriving in Delhi had to be diverted to different places instead of New Delhi due to inclement weather. The affected flights also include flights coming from abroad. Among the planes that have been diverted, eight were sent to Jaipur, eight to Lucknow and one to Dehradun. These include flights coming from Mumbai, Udaipur, Srinagar Jabalpur, Madurai, Coimbatore and other places.
