He had died 2 years ago (man buried 2 years after death), but now he has been buried. According to the report of the Audity Central News website, South African pastor Siva Moodley died in the year 2021 but was buried in March 2023. Refused to bury the dead body
Actually, the family members and co-pastors of the pastor were waiting for his resurrection. Because of this, he was kept in the morgue for two years. Siwa was the founder of The Miracle Center in Gauteng, north of Johannesburg. He died on 15 August 2021. Instead of preparing for the last rites, the family left him in the morgue. The family members used to come there and pray that he should return. After a few months, he also stopped coming, but he was not giving permission for the burial. Even in the church, he refused to accept the death of the pastor.
Court gave decision
When the family refused to take the decision and stopped answering the calls of the morgue, they filed a case against them in the court. It was told in the court that if the dead body is kept for a long time, then the environment and the people working there are also at risk from the rotting dead body. The court found that the mortuary had called the family a total of 28 times on their behalf but they believed that Siva would return again. After this, the court decided that the dead body should either be buried or burnt. His body was finally buried on 16 March.
