Uttar Pradesh / Noida: Husband turned out to be a monster! Protested illegal relationship, then killed his wife and buried her in the ground, after 23 days the dogs revealed the secret

On March 8, husband and other in-laws resident of Kambuxpur killed Sarita and buried her body in the ground for opposing illegal relationship. The murder came to light after 23 days on Friday when the dogs dug the ground after smelling foul smell. Police say Sarita suspected that her husband was having an illicit relationship with a woman in the family. She used to oppose this, she used to quarrel with her husband on this matter. The police have arrested Sarita’s husband Jogendra alias Lala, mother-in-law Santa and sister-in-law Usha in this case. Police is on the lookout for the other accused. Sarita, daughter of Hariom, a resident of Tusyana village in Greno West, was married on February 16, 2015, to Joginder, a resident of Derry Kambakspur village. Sarita went missing on March 8. On March 9, Joginder gave a complaint at the Knowledge Park police station that his wife Sarita was missing since March 8 evening. Police started investigation by registering missing person. On March 15, on the complaint of Sarita’s brother Narendra, a case of dowry harassment and kidnapping was registered against husband Joginder, mother-in-law Santa, brother-in-law Bhupendra, sister-in-law Usha, father-in-law Vijaypal, Nandoi Manoj, Vinod. Police investigation revealed that Sarita suspected that Jogendra’s family was having an illicit relationship with a woman. Sarita used to oppose this. There was often a fight about this.
The accused told the police that Jogendra strangled Sarita to death in the middle of the night. Jogendra along with brother Bhupendra, sister-in-law Usha and mother Santa hid his body. On March 12, 2021, when Sarita opposed her husband’s illegal relationship, she was assaulted. On complaining about this, the police had registered NCR. The accused had buried the dead body in the ground by digging a pit with a shovel. This shovel has been recovered by the police.
Hiding the dead body kept misleading the police and villagers
After pressing Sarita’s dead body in the ground, the accused remained at their home fearlessly. Accused Jogendra even reached the police station the next day to register a missing person. The accused kept misleading the police and the villagers by saying that Sarita used to talk to someone on mobile. She must have gone with him. The accused started making false allegations against Sarita. Even after registering the report of the maternal side, the police interrogated the accused several times but the accused kept lying.
