Mughal Empire wiped out from history books, NCERT also removed CPI and Jana Sangh lessons

Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) CBSE, Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Goa, Tripura, Delhi, Gujarat, Haryana and Mizoram, including students of school education boards of about 23 states of the country, now class 10th Will read new history books in 11th and 12th. These crores of students will no longer get to read stories of the rise of Mughal Empire, Delhi Durbar, Akbarnama, Badshahnama and many political parties in history books of class 10th, 11th and 12th.
Many major changes were made in the curriculum
The syllabus of history books for class 10th, 11th and 12th has been revised by the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT). Many major changes have been made in these. NCERT has removed chapters and topics related to kings and their history from class 10th, 11th, 12th history books.
Major Changes in Themes in World History, Themes of Indian History-Part-2
Under the new syllabus, The Mughal Courts (16th and 17th centuries) have been removed from the history book Themes of Indian History-Part-2. Similarly, lessons related to Central Islamic Lands, Clash of Cultures and Industrial Revolution have also been removed from the Class 11 textbook Themes in World History.
Class 12 History books will help students to learn about Akbarnama and Badshahnama, Mughal Rulers and their Empire, Composition of Manuscripts, Color Illustration, Ideal State, Capitals and Courts, Titles and Gifts, Royal Family, Royal Bureaucracy, Mughal Elite, Empire and Borders Will not even get to read about.
American dominance in world politics and chapters of Era of One Party Dominance were also removed
Apart from this, chapters like American Hegemony in World Politics and The Cold War Era have also been completely removed from the Class 12 Civics textbook. Rise of Popular Movements and Era of One Party Dominance have also been removed from the Class 12 book Politics in India Since Independence.
In these, the dominance of the Congress, the Socialist Party, the Communist Party of India, the Bharatiya Jana Sangh and the Swatantra Party was told. While lessons like democracy and diversity, popular struggle and movement, challenges of democracy have also been removed from the 10th class book Democratic Politics-2.
New syllabus will be implemented from academic session 2023-24 only
Education Department officials say that NCERT books are being updated as per the provisions of the new National Education Policy (NEP)-2020. New material is being added by removing irrelevant topics. The new syllabus is being implemented from the academic session 2023-24 itself.
