Uttarakhand: CM Dhami’s Choubattakhal tour on April 7, will lay the foundation stone of 22 schemes

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami’s visit to Chaubattakhal tehsil is proposed on 7th April. On this tour, CM Pushkar Dhami will lay the foundation stone of 22 schemes. The district administration has started its preparations regarding the Chief Minister’s visit. In this regard, today a review meeting was held with various departmental officers under the chairmanship of Additional District Magistrate Ila Giri. In the meeting held in the NIC room, the Additional District Magistrate assigned different responsibilities to the officers of different departments. Ela Giri said that on the arrival of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, the concerned departments should make sure to complete the proper arrangements. He instructed the Public Works Department and PMGSY Department to make arrangements for stage, sound and LED TV at the venue.
He asked the Jal Sansthan to make the drinking water system smooth. Instructed Nagar Panchayat Satpuli and District Panchayat for better cleanliness at the helipad including program venue, sprinkling lime along with keeping mobile toilets. Along with this, after the program is over, instructions were given to clean and dispose of garbage again at the venue.
The Additional District Magistrate instructed the District Program Officer to bring the beneficiaries in the program, the Police and Transport Department to make parking for vehicles, the Police Department to make traffic and security arrangements. He instructed the Deputy Collector Chaubattakhal to coordinate all the arrangements.
Significantly, Chief Minister Pushkar Dhami will lay the foundation stone, Bhumi Pujan and inaugurate 22 schemes under Chaubattakhal assembly constituency. The Additional District Magistrate has given instructions to the officers of the concerned departments to prepare the inscriptions in time. During this, stalls will also be set up by 16 departments at the program venue. Minister Public Works Department Satpal Maharaj will also be present in the programme.
