Mahfuz Khan, who got the passport of Haryana’s gangster Deepak Boxer, is in this business for the last twenty years. He has maintained good relations with the police personnel posted at the police station, outpost, LIU. Taking advantage of which he was successful in getting people’s fake documents made. The employees of the Passport Office in Bareilly are also in touch with him. Mahfuz’s brother and his close relatives have given this information during police interrogation.
Mahfuz Khan, a resident of Agwanpur, is opening an office for making fake documents in his own house. From Aadhaar card, ration card, voter ID card and other documents, the accused himself used to prepare them. Apart from Moradabad, people from other districts of Uttar Pradesh and up to Delhi, Haryana, Punjab used to come to him to get documents made. Mahfuz Khan, who called himself an advocate, used to take the contract to get passports made. Along with the police station, outpost, LIU report, he used to take full responsibility of issuing passports from the passport office located in Bareilly.

Mahfuz Khan is known as Bhura Dalal in Agwanpur, who advocated for the issuance of the passport of Deepak Boxer. He used to prepare any kind of document. Some people had complained about this matter to the police but the police never took any action against him.
Names of constable and broker Mahfuz Khan included in the case
Police have included the names of constable Ajit Singh and Mahfooz Khan, resident of Agwanpur, in the matter of making a fake passport of gangster Deepak Boxer. On Thursday, the police produced the accused soldier in the court, from where he has been sent to jail, while the police teams are continuously raiding in search of Mahfuz.
A case was registered against Deepak Boxer, who was arrested from Mexico, at Chhajlat police station. In which it was alleged that the accused had got a passport made through fake documents. Accused Deepak Boxer is a resident of Dhumar village under Gannaur police station area of Sonipat district of Haryana, but he had described himself as Ravi Antil, resident of Nattha Nagla Gopalpur alias Kokarpur, under Chhajlat police station area. SSP Hemraj Meena had suspended constable Ajit Singh. The investigation of the case was handed over to Kanth police station in-charge. In the deliberations, he made constable Ajit Singh and Agwanpur resident Dalal Mahfuz accused in the case. After this the constable was arrested. The accused Mahfuz is being searched.
A case was registered against Deepak Boxer at Chhajlat police station. The names of constable Ajit Singh and Agwanpur resident Mahfuz Khan have been disclosed in the investigation. The constable has been sent to jail after being produced in the court. Only after the arrest of accused Mahfuz, information about the gang that got fake passports made would be known.
