Uttarakhand: Before the forest constable exam, the concerned professor was arrested, STF also nabbed the operators of the coaching center

Instructions have been given by the Chief Minister to take strict action against the cheating mafias who play with the future of the students;
All the subordinates have been directed by the Director General of Police, Uttarakhand to keep a strict vigil on the irregularities in the examinations to be conducted in the state. In the above sequence, the STF received confidential information that some persons were planning to conduct the Forest Reserve Examination to be held on Sunday in Haridwar area of district Haridwar. Attempts are being made to cheat the candidates going to appear in the examination by taking money. On which information was received through the informer system that the said person is Mukesh Saini, the director of MS Coaching Center, who has been jailed many times in the past for the crime of cheating, and is a notorious cheating mafia. On this a team of STF raided the coaching center of Mukesh Saini, Director of MS Coaching Center located in Gurukul Narsan. Where Mukesh Saini and his accomplice Rachit Pundir were arrested.
With the vigilance of the STF, the above conspiracy was foiled and the accused were arrested and the recovery of the materials used for cheating in the examination from their possession and registration of charges under relevant sections is in progress at Mangalore police station of district Haridwar. Mukesh Saini has gone to jail several times in the past for cheating in examinations. In the area it is known as copycat mafia. Candidates desirous of passing the examination by copying are constantly in contact with it. In the forest constable recruitment examination held in February 2020, he along with his colleagues had cheated on a large scale, but after compromising with the candidates, he was acquitted of the case, which further strengthened his intentions.
Like in the past, this time also he planned to cheat in the forest constable exam along with his friend Rachit Pundir. For this, he had fixed about 04 lakh rupees per candidate from about 15 candidates, in which fifty thousand to one lakh rupees were taken as advance amount and some candidates were given bluetooth devices for cheating in the examination and Its method of use was also explained.
Rachit Pundir is an assistant professor in a college in Haridwar. In the past also, Forest Guard has gone to jail for sending question paper to Mukesh Saini during the examination. Rachit Pundir had made preparations to get his room inspector on duty at the examination center in the upcoming forest constable examination. From where its plan was to send the question paper to Mukesh Saini through WhatsApp and other means during the examination. This question paper was solved by Mukesh Saini together with his colleagues and the students were given the device by calling the answers and the identity of the arrested accused Mukesh Saini s/o Jal Singh nr. Harchandpur, Mangalore, Haridwar. Rachit Pundir s/o Kulvir Singh Pundir n Village Khanjarpur Roorkee as Haridwar He had connection with these candidates
