West Bengal: On joining BJP, women were made to bow down here! BJP MP shared VIDEO

A shocking video from West Bengal has gone viral. This video has been tweeted by the Chief of BJP in the state and MP from Balurghat, Dr. Sukant Mazumdar. In this, there is an allegation of publicly humiliating the tribal women involved in the BJP.
Accused of driving women on stomach
Sharing the video, Dr. Sukant said that TMC is doing everything to insult them (tribal community). He said – I appeal to all the people of the tribal community across the country to protest against the party, because they are anti-tribal. BJP state chief Sukanta Majumdar alleges that some ST women who joined the BJP were forced by the TMC to rejoin the party and perform parikrama as a punishment for dandavat (like becoming a rooster) . Dr. Majumdar wrote that Tapan Gofanagar residents Martina Kisku, Shiuli Mardi, Thakaran Soren and Malti Murmu joined BJP yesterday. She belongs to ST community. Today TMC goons forced him to return to TMC and punished him by asking him to perform Dandavat Parikrama.

Blind faith in minorities
Dr. Sukant Mazumdar is continuously attacking the Trinamool Congress. A few days back a statement of his had come to the fore. In this, he alleged that the West Bengal Police is harassing Hindus by turning a blind eye to the real culprits and criminals from the minority community. Arresting Hindus. He meant the communal violence on Ram Navami. Dr. Majumdar had also written a letter to Union Home Minister Amit Shah regarding this. He told the involvement of the ruling TMC in the incident of heavy stone pelting at the level crossing number-4 on the night of 3 April. Mazumdar had said that instead of protecting the lives and properties of the Hindus affected by the violence, the police were harassing and arresting them. He had bluntly said that on the basis of CCTV footage and viral videos on social media, the real criminals from the minority community can be easily identified. But the police is not taking any action against them.
Dr. Majumdar has been making many allegations regarding TMC in the past as well. In December 2022, Sukanta Majumdar was shown black flags by people in South 24 Parganas district and was stopped from proceeding further. Majumdar, the BJP MP from Balurghat, was returning to Kolkata after a meeting with party workers in the district when he was shown black flags in Joynagar area. Responding to the matter, Dr. Majumdar had said that TMC workers attacked him. Vandalized the car. He had said that it was a matter of luck that the security personnel were with him. Majumdar has alleged many times that there is no democracy in West Bengal. They will continue their fight against the government.
Controversy over crushing goat in February
During the Sagardighi by-election in February, politics was heated even after a goat was crushed under his vehicle. The villagers had collected Rs 5,000 as fine from Majumdar. On this Majumdar had said that the local people had deliberately kept a dead goat in front of the vehicle. After that created ruckus with planning. Then he accused the ruling party of doing ‘low test politics’. The area where this incident took place is Kabilpur and Ballia minority dominated.
