By giving bribe at the Choice Center, he got the Gumasta license made on the basis of fake documents. Through this he opened the office and committed fraud. He told that he used to buy many pigeons from the shops everyday and used to fly them to get virtue. When Durg SP Dr. Abhishek Pallav interrogated the main accused Sanu Kumar’s father Vijay Kumar (24) and his driver Sanjay Kumar, they told about the entire fraud. First he booked a rickshaw puller to drop and pick him up daily as soon as he arrived in the fort. After this, taking his Aadhaar card, got a fake Aadhaar card made from Delhi. On this basis, along with taking a new SIM, he got a Gumasta license by giving 7 thousand from the Choice Center.
According to the SP, normally it costs 4-5 hundred rupees to make Gumashta. On paying more amount he became a gomashta without going to the officer. This enabled the accused to open his office in the heart of the city and cheat people of crores. Many officers of the corporation have come under the radar of the police in the matter of making fake gumashta. Along with this, the Choice Center will also be examined.
Every day more than 100 pigeons used to feed rice to the cow
Accused Sanu Kumar told that he is a vegetarian. With the money cheated from poor women, he used to live in Raipur with a luxury flat. Bought a Thar. He used to do up-down of the fort everyday. After this, he used to buy more than 100 pigeons every day from the pigeon shop on Station Road and used to fly them there. For this, he flew pigeons worth more than one and a half lakhs to earn virtue. Along with this, he used to feed 25 kg of rice to the cow every day.
Wife threatened divorce
Sanu Kumar had told his wife that he is a supervisor in Flipcard company. When his wife finds out that he is a swindler and is arrested by the police, she decides to divorce him. The wife told Sanu Kumar that she cannot live with a criminal. That’s why she wants to divorce him.

Sanu learned this whole game of cheating by watching YouTube. After this he cheated in Danapur Bihar, Hajipur Bihar, Jabalpur Madhya Pradesh, Bareilly Uttar Pradesh, Bikaner Rajasthan and Durg Chhattisgarh. After committing maximum fraud of more than two crores in Durg, he ran away from here and reached Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh. Here also he got a fake Aadhaar card made in the name of a laborer. Before opening this office, he was caught cheating by the fort police.
This is how the crime of cheating was executed
Accused Sanu Kumar opened an office in Durg’s Indira Market by the name of Homegrown Corporation Company. Sanu appointed more than 20 employees in the office. He distributed pamphlets to promote his company along with the newspaper. He claimed that black pearl and thread would be given by the company. People have to make a garland and bring it. On returning the garland after making it, they will be given Rs 3500 from the company.
To get black pearl, people had to register in the company, whose fee was 2500 rupees. Not only this, there was also a commission of 400 rupees behind every registration. In the first month, he made garlands and gave returns to the givers. People felt that he was not a fraud. Due to this, more than 8 thousand women got registered there. In this way, when Sanu Kumar cheated more than two crore rupees, he ran away after locking the office.
