On the initiative of the Uttarakhand government, the Supreme Court has decided the issues of the share case. The Court had asked the Government of Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand to determine the issue. The Uttarakhand government fixed the issues on time. The court gave only one day’s time to UP. He could not give any point of determination of the issues.
Behind in giving affidavit
Uttar Pradesh failed to determine the issues and could not even file an affidavit in the court. For this he sought time from the court. The court has asked to file the affidavit in six weeks.
Oral evidence in court and then there will be debate
In the third phase, there will be main trial and cross-examination in the court. There will be oral evidence of all departmental secretaries. Along with this, the advocates of both the states can cross-examine each other. After this there will be a debate and the fee will be decided. The decision of the Supreme Court will be final.
