People who made the video viral claimed that tears were coming out of the eye of the stone statue of Hanuman installed in the temple. The video went viral in several groups on WhatsApp by Sunday night. After the video went viral, when the villagers learned about it, villagers from far and wide started coming there to see Hanuman. However, the statue was not shedding tears during the ceremony, despite the crowds of villagers were gathering there.

Late at night, the villagers were somehow persuaded to leave. After that, a large number of villagers visited the temple on Monday morning. When contacted by the surrounding villagers, they said that tears have been coming out of their eyes for about a week.

It should also be mentioned that the statue of Hanuman is not the first case of tears coming out of the eye.
