Pakistan begging in front of IMF, army earning billions of dollars by selling weapons to Ukraine

Debt-ridden Pakistan is facing the worst economic crisis in its history. Be it death in stampede due to flour or expensive fruits and vegetables on the occasion of Ramzan, these news are now becoming commonplace. In the midst of this biggest crisis, such evidence related to the Pakistan Army has come to the fore, which is enough to tell how Pakistan’s army has earned maximum profit by selling large quantities of arms and ammunition to Ukraine. Pakistan has sent these weapons to Ukraine through western countries. Interestingly, at the same time Pakistan was taking flour from Russia, at the same time it was supplying weapons to its enemy.
Pakistan failed to keep secret
Pakistan has always claimed that it is neutral in the war in Ukraine, but the documents that have come to the fore tell something else. The website The New Indian has got hold of some such documents which bring out the real face of this country. According to the bills accessed by The New Indian, between February and March this year, 42,000 122 mm BM-21 multi-barrel rocket launchers were shipped from Pakistan. Pakistan had sent these weapons to Ukraine via America, Britain and Saudi Arabia. The bills accessed by the website New Indian show that Pakistan’s ordnance factories are selling ammunition to Ukraine through Britain, America and Saudi Arabia. Pakistan tried hard to keep this exchange a secret but failed.
Which weapons and how much benefit
Pakistan shipped 60,000 155mm, HOW HE M107s to Ukraine via the US. In addition 25,000 120mm mortar bombs, 20,000 122mm HE D30 R.C. And 130,000 rockets 122mm MBRL via the UK and 30,000 40mm RPG7 HEAT ammo via Saudi Arabia to the Ukrainian military. Pakistan has so far received $364 million from the sale of these weapons. While the remaining $309 million is still pending. Surprisingly, out of $364 million, a major portion of the profits ie 80 per cent went to the Pakistan Army Headquarters in Rawalpindi. These documents reveal how huge quantities of weapons are stored at the headquarters of the Pakistan Army.
Everything made in Punjab’s factory
The profit made by Pakistan’s army is also shocking. Perhaps this is the reason why despite the country’s economic crisis, the Pakistani army is engaged in acquiring weapons. Pakistan Ordnance Factory is a government corporation located in Wah Cantt, Punjab, Pakistan. This factory is the most important defense contractor. Apart from this, it is the largest defense factory operating under the Ministry of Defense Production of Pakistan. According to the bill, the work related to loading and unloading, packing, labor and port clearance is estimated to cost 43 million Pakistani rupees. In another letter addressed to the traffic manager of the Karachi Port Trust, the request for permission to allow cargo to enter the port for shipment was made on January 18, 2023.
