Uttarakhand: Congress MLA supported Dhami on Land Jihad, opposition became uncomfortable!

Madan Bisht, Congress MLA from Dwarahat in Almora, has made his party uncomfortable by supporting Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami’s campaign on land jihad. Bisht has supported the campaign to remove the tombs built by encroachment. According to him, this decision is also correct from the point of view of road safety. Not only this, he has also taken a dig at the Congress party, according to him, the big leaders have divided the party. Now no one wants to join the Congress organization. While the Congress seems uncomfortable with Bisht’s statement, the BJP has got another opportunity to attack him.
A letter has been issued by the State Congress President to ensure that the Congress leaders in the state do not get trapped in the Hindutva agenda of the BJP. BJP leaders including the Chief Minister have launched a campaign regarding illegal religious places, especially shrines, on government land.
Part of the strategy
The Congress is troubled by this, but it wants to distance itself from the issue. Political experts believe that by taking forward the issue of Hindutva, BJP wants to capitalize on it by giving it the name of land jihad. Congress should retaliate on this, this is also a part of their strategy.
