A fake police officer has been arrested in Mumbai. Actually, this person was targeting paan shops. He used to extort money from paan shops on the pretext of keeping cigarettes. The name of the accused is Kailash Khamkar. The accused has been arrested by the Sakinaka Police of Mumbai. Police ID and foreign cigarette packets have been seized from it.

Traffic police officer suspected

DCP Maheshwar Reddy of Mumbai Police told that the traffic police officers were suspicious of him. When inquired on this basis, it was found that he is not a police officer. He told that this fake police officer was trying to make a victim of a paan bar shopkeeper in Sakinaka. During this, a traffic police officer passing by got suspicious on him. On this basis, when he was interrogated, it was revealed that he is a fake policeman.

Police ID recovered from the accused

A fake police ID of a police station in Mumbai was recovered from the accused. He used to use this ID to threaten betel shop owners and extort money. The accused used to target such paan shops for a long time and extort money from them on the pretext of keeping cigarettes in those shops. At present, the police arrested him along with the vehicle and are probing further.
