District Magistrate Dehradun Sonika Singh inspected the works being done for the reconstruction and beautification of Mussoorie Mall Road along with the officers of all concerned departments. Inspected Mall Road and Spring Road. On the other hand, the District Magistrate reprimanded the officials for the quality of road construction and the closure of drains on Spring Road. Also warned that negligent officers will not be tolerated under any circumstances. He instructed SDM Mussoorie to make report cards of all the officials working for the reconstruction and beautification of Malroad, so that action could be taken against negligent officials. Talking to reporters, District Magistrate Dehradun said that the work of beautification and reconstruction of Mussoorie Mall Road will be completed on time. District Magistrate Sonika Singh instructed SDM Mussoorie Nandan Kumar to review and inspect the work of beautification and reconstruction of Mall Road from time to time. So that the work can be completed on time.
Instructions to improve drainage system in Almora
District Magistrate Vandana gave instructions to the officers and executive bodies during the inspection of construction works going on in various areas to speed up various development works going on in the district headquarters and to repair the drainage system of the city. At the same time, instructions were also given to take action against the contractors who did not complete the construction works within the stipulated time limit. The District Magistrate has instructed the officials of the executive organization engaged in the drainage works of the city area not to compromise on the quality of the works in any way and to complete the excavation work in the construction of drains before the monsoon season.

After inspecting the under-construction parking lots in the Mall Road of the city, he asked the officials of the executing agency to take action against the contractor if the contractor is not working within the stipulated time limit as per the contract.
