After examining 300 CCTVs, UP’s Bareilly police has succeeded in arresting a man who stabbed four young women with a blade and seriously injured them. The accused used to suddenly disappear after attacking. Bareilly police lost sleep after one case after another came to the fore. The accused used to make working women his victims. The arrested accused has told the reason behind hitting the blade, that too is astonishing.
Blade was killed by four girls
In fact, for the past few days, ‘Blademan’ had spread terror in the Kila police station and Prem Nagar police station area of Bareilly. After continuous cases of attack in the same way, the police was shocked. In all the cases, working women were attacked with blades on the face and back. The victims had told that the attacker had come on a bike. Ever since the matter came to light, the police started searching for the accused. The police believed that the person doing this could be a mental patient.
300 CCTV cameras searched
To nab the accused, on the orders of SP City Rahul Bhati, the Kila police station and other police stations had formed special teams to nab the accused. Then the footage of 300 CCTV cameras installed in the surrounding areas including the scene of the incident was searched. During this, the accused was identified. The police arrested 42-year-old Sajjad’s son Anwar. The story he told the police after hitting the girls with blades was surprising.
Got cheated in love then started hating girls
Sajjad told the police that he had been married twice. The name of the first wife is Sabina and we both have two children. Some time ago I met a 25 year old girl named Fara living in Jagatpur. She used to work at Qutub Khana. He trapped me in his love trap.
We got married and started living together again. After some time Fara lodged a false FIR against me and extorted 20 lakh rupees. After taking the money, she left me and went away. Since then I have hated girls. The caste of the girl is gone from my heart. When I used to go towards Qutub Khana, I used to get jealous seeing the girls there.

Sajjad told the police that Fara had filed a case against him and had also extorted money. I wanted to get rid of the matter as soon as possible. During this time, I met a Maulana who used to sit on the shrine near the fort police station. I told him about the case. On this, Maulana said that if I attack three working women and girls with knife or blade, my case will end quickly. The accused told the police that he used to go to Qutubkhane area by bike and on getting an opportunity, attacked the girls with blades and ran away.
Search continues for Maulana: SP City
SP City Rahul Bhati says that the accused has been arrested. The Maulana he is referring to is being searched. Soon he will also be arrested. A case has been registered against both. Further action is being taken in the matter.
