An Air India pilot has been accused of allowing his female friend to sit in the cockpit keeping safety standards in check. After getting information about the matter, DGCA has started investigation.

According to a complaint by a cabin crew member, the pilot of an Air India flight from Dubai to Delhi on February 27 allowed his female friend to enter the cockpit. According to the information, after taking cognizance of the matter, DGCA has sent summons to the cabin crew for questioning.

Crew members were welcomed
It is being said that the pilot of Air India had given special instructions to the crew members. The pilot had said that his female friend should be given a warm welcome as soon as she entered. A complaint has been made to the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) against the pilot regarding this matter. According to an AI official, a committee has been formed to probe the matter.
