Uttar Pradesh: First came live on Facebook page and accused police of demanding bribe, then hanged, priest died

Ram Shankar Das, the priest of the Narasimha temple in the religious city of Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, committed suicide by making a noose with a pot. On Sunday evening, the deceased Ramshankar came live on Facebook before the suicide. In the live of 1 minute 10 seconds, the deceased accused the police of torturing him for demanding money. The deceased Ramshankar said while coming live on Facebook.

“I am committing suicide because of Raiganj police outpost incharge, police is demanding bribe of ₹200000 from me which I do not have, so I am committing suicide”

After this the priest put a noose around his neck and the live ended. By the time the police reached Ramdas ji’s room on Monday morning, he was found hanging. Giving information in this regard, the police said that the deceased priest was addicted to drugs, along with this, a case was registered against him. The priest of the Narasimha temple has been missing for some time, in this case the police had registered a case against the priest.
