A youth who landed at Lucknow airport from Saudi Arabia was abducted by smugglers in a car. The kidnappers were taking the youth to Saharanpur. On the way, the civil line police of Rampur caught the kidnappers. The wife of the abducted youth has reached Rampur and filed a report against all the kidnappers for assault, kidnapping and misdeeds.

A resident of a village in Pratapgarh area has been working in Saudi Arabia for the last four years. On May 17, he took a flight from Saudi Arabia and landed at Lucknow airport. The young man’s wife and his brother had gone to receive him at the Lucknow airport. The young man’s wife alleges that some people stopped the husband outside the airport. Stopped the husband and started asking for one kilo of gold brought from Saudi.

The woman alleges that her husband told that youths named Faisal and Sunil in Saudi Arabia had asked to give one kilo of gold to Ali Mohammad. But it has been seized by the officials of the Custom Department. It is alleged that when the gold was not found, the said youth took it away by putting it in the car. His wife and brother followed. But after taking the husband to a secret place in the area, the accused assaulted him and started demanding gold. The woman told that the accused also tried to take out the capsule by putting their hand in the way of defecation of the husband, suspecting that he had swallowed the gold capsule. On protesting, the said people beat up her husband and her brother-in-law.

Case registered against Mohammad Ali and five unknown

After this, the young man in the car took her husband in the car while talking about taking her to Saharanpur. He chased some vehicles, but the accused fled. After this she reached Sarojini Nagar police station and informed the police. On the other hand, the Civil Line Police nabbed the said youths near Hansa Factory during patrolling in the early hours of Saturday. During interrogation, when the victim narrated her ordeal, Civil Line Inspector Sharad Panwar contacted Sarojini Nagar police station. After this, on the information of Sarojini Nagar Police, the woman reached the Civil Line Police Station and filed a case of kidnapping, misdemeanor and intimidation against Mohammad Ali and five unknowns.

During interrogation, the arrested accused gave their names Kamalkant s/o Ram Asare r/o village Khamaria Damuan police station Vindhyachal district Mirzapur, Deepak Mishra s/o Akhilesh Mishra r/o village Jasa Bagora Baridubey police station Vindhyachal district Mirzapur, Sushil s/o Phool Singh r/o village Gajdinpur police station Chilkana district Saharanpur, Ajay Kumar s/o Deshraj resident of Village Ladwa Police Station Kotwali Dehat District Saharanpur, Naved s/o Anwar resident of Mohalla Saraijagan Police Station Secunderabad District Bulandshahr, Farman s/o Allanur resident of House No. E49 L-354 Street No. 31 Jaffrabad Police Station Welcome Delhi. After interrogation, the police sent the accused to jail. The police recovered the youth from the clutches of the accused. There are injury marks on the body of the youth. The police have also recovered the Bolero vehicle used in the incident.
