Uttarakhand: CM Dhami inaugurated crèche and smart class in the secretariat premises, employees thanked Dhami
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Wednesday inaugurated the renovated crèche and smart class located in the Secretariat premises. This crèche is designed for the purpose of taking care of the children of the Secretariat personnel while on duty. The creche has been provided with AC, refrigerator, water purifier for drinking water, bed for children to rest, child friendly wash basin, fire extinguisher. Smart classes have also been arranged in this. Outdoor play equipment has been installed in the crèche. It has been decorated with fencing, painting and wall painting. To save energy in the crèche, a two kilowatt capacity solar power plant (solar panel power conditioning unit and battery) has been arranged, in which the center’s smart class system, L.E.D. Lighting and all fans can be operated.
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that this good facility of crèche has been given in the Secretariat for the children of the personnel. He said that good arrangements have been made here for the convenience of the children. Due to this, where the personnel working in the Secretariat will get good facilities to take care of the children, good arrangements have been made for the children to learn along with entertainment. He also appreciated the efforts of the Nodal Department of Women Empowerment and Child Development for getting the work of renovation of the crèche done in just 18 days. The employees of the Secretariat also expressed their gratitude to the Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami for the better facilities of the crèche in the secretariat premises and the arrangements made in it for the intellectual development of the children.
On this occasion, Chief Secretary Dr. S.S. Sandhu, Additional Chief Secretary Radha Raturi, Secretary Women Empowerment and Child Development H.C. Semwal and Secretariat personnel were present.
