Uttarakhand: In Haridwar, CM Dhami participated in the annual festival of Hari Seva Ashram, Dussehra Festival and Shrimad Bhagwat Katha Gyan Yagya

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami participated in Hari Seva Ashram’s annual festival, Dussehra festival and Shrimad Bhagwat Katha Gyan Yagya at Haripur Kalan Haridwar on Wednesday. He inaugurated the program organized on this occasion by lighting the lamp amidst chanting of mantras and performed aarti and worship and received the blessings of saints and sages. Addressing the ceremony, the Chief Minister extended hearty congratulations and best wishes to all on the anniversary of Hari Seva Ashram and expressed gratitude for inviting them to the ceremony and said that they have been given the opportunity to participate in a virtuous work like Shrimad Bhagwat. He said that today on this auspicious occasion, we have not come here on anyone’s invitation and have reached here because of the infinite grace of that God. Referring to Mahamandaleshwar Swami Harichetnanand ji, he said that Swami ji has dedicated his life to nation, religion and culture.

Referring to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Pushkar Singh Dhami said that today the whole country is developing rapidly under his leadership. He said that the Prime Minister is currently on a tour of many countries, wherever he is visiting, there are celebrations and the world’s attitude towards India has changed.

Referring to the Corona period, the Chief Minister said that India has saved lakhs of lives by supplying Corona vaccine to many countries and gave the message of universal brotherhood – Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinah, Sarve Santu Niramaya through the packaging boxes of the vaccine. He said that India is such a country, which cares for the entire human being and the whole world.

Pushkar Singh Dhami said that India has got the opportunity to chair the G-20 under the leadership of the Prime Minister. Due to the broad vision of the Prime Minister, G-20 meetings are being held in every corner of the country and our state Uttarakhand has also got the auspicious opportunity to hold three G-20 meetings, out of which one meeting has been held in Ramnagar and One is being inaugurated today in Rishikesh and the third meeting will also be held in Rishikesh-Narendranagar in the coming days. He said that India’s economy was earlier at 11th position, which has become fifth position due to the efficient leadership of the Prime Minister, Ram temple is being constructed in Ayodhya, Kashi Vishwanath Corridor has attained its grand appearance, Kedarnath The journey to Hemkund Dham is going to be even easier in the coming times, where the ropeway is going to be constructed from Govindghat to Hemkund, which will reduce the travel time, with the construction of many ropeways. A network of quality roads is being laid in the entire state. He said that like the Chardham Yatra, continuous efforts are being made to increase tourism in Kumaon under the Mandir Mala Mission.

Addressing the program, Mahamandaleshwar Swami Harichetnanand said that the Chief Minister has a special attachment for the cow, Ganga, saints and soldiers. He said that whoever has done big public welfare works in this world, has done so by being humble, similarly Pushkar Singh Dhami is also there, who is taking big public welfare decisions with humility. On reaching Hari Seva Ashram, the Chief Minister was given a grand welcome and felicitation by wearing a bouquet, angavastram and turban.
