Uttar Pradesh: 113-year-old man got teeth for the third time after breaking, told the secret of long life and staying healthy

Khadku Ram (113) of Jad village of Kadhota panchayat of Bhoranj assembly constituency of Hamirpur district has lost his teeth for the third time. Khadku Ram told that he was born on January 1, 1911. He told that he is a Pandit by caste but works as a blacksmith. Khadku Ram told that despite being 113 years old, even today he does all the work himself. He told that I have got teeth for the third time and consider it as a wonder of nature. He told that I still do farming work and I can hear clearly with my ears.

Khadku Ram said that my hair may have turned white, but my mustache is still the same as it was in my youth. Khadku Ram told that my wife is 90 years old and is absolutely fine but her eyesight has become weak. He told that behind his long life and healthy living, simple food and mostly coarse grain bread is the reason. He told that he works continuously and gets up early in the morning.

Khadku Ram gave a message to the youth that if you want to be healthy then do not leave the housework and wake up early in the morning. He told that there is no disease by eating simple food and especially grains grown in our fields.
