A young man picked up an 18-month-old child who was playing outside the house in Rampur village of Ganganahar Kotwali area. To prevent the child from crying, the accused stopped at the ice cream tray. He was giving ice cream to the child, then the children playing in the street saw the accused. After which the children informed the local people. People caught the accused and took information from him. After which the whole matter opened. After which people thrashed him fiercely. Police was informed about the incident. The police reached the spot and took the accused with them to the police station.

According to the information, one and a half year old Hammad of Shamsher, a resident of Rampur village located in Ganganahar Kotwali area, was playing outside his house on Saturday. Meanwhile, a young man picked him up. After that, as soon as the young man reached another locality, some people questioned him. The young man could not give satisfactory answers during interrogation. After which people thrashed the young man fiercely. Then the young man talked about raising the child. In a hurry, the family members of the child also reached there. After which the information of the case was given to the police. The police reached the spot and took the accused youth into custody. Along with this, the police handed over the child to his family members.
