Congress leader Harish Rawat wrote on his social media account that ‘See today’s newspaper, my heart is hurt by some of my statements, there has been a reaction, I apologize! The aim was to leave our me-me and instead of making headlines in the news, on the instructions of the party high command, but still unknowingly a mistake has been made, I apologise. I have made many mistakes in the past as well, from the selection of candidates from 2002 after the formation of the state to even before that.
‘But by the grace of Lord Badrinath, I have been spared from committing the same mistake that I have ever done, no matter what the circumstances, of sticking to a respectable and dishonorable party, and I have already made up for the damage done to the Congress by my behavior and work. I have apologized and am apologizing again. Because BJP’s friends also blame me for the mistakes of their governments. I don’t have any complaint against them either. Rather, God bless that wherever there are good things, they should be written in the name of the people and wherever there are mistakes, God, they should be written in my name, there should be a name on which the account of mistakes can be written.
