He has rejected criticism from Conservative colleagues that he has failed to secure major spending cuts.
To save the government from default, it will now be mandatory to pass this bill in the Senate before Monday.
President Biden has said that he wants to get this bill passed as soon as possible.
It is believed that on June 5, the government can exceed its limit of borrowing.
