Dr. Dinesh told that according to the rules, if there is no clinic registered under the Clinical Establishment Act and patients are being treated there, then a fine of 50 thousand in the first time, two lakh in the second time and five lakh in the third time. is applied. Apart from this, if a doctor or paramedical is working in an unregistered clinic, then a fine of Rs 25,000 is also imposed on him. At present, a notice has also been issued to the doctor. According to the rules, specialist can work only in his speciality, working in other specialization is not allowed.
