Haryana / Tohana: Didn’t spare even the retarded! Four youths did dirty work, then made the video viral, three minors among the accused
A 20-year-old retarded child living in a city colony was raped by four boys, including three minors living in the same colony, after which the family members have given a written complaint about the incident to the Chandigarh Road Chowki Police. Acting on the father’s statement, the police have registered a case against all the four and started investigation. According to the information, in the complaint given to the police, the father of the retarded boy told that he has two children, in which the younger child is 20 years retarded. He told that a video went viral on social media in which 4 boys including 3 minors living in the colony are doing misdeeds with his son in the verandah of Bansal Shelar, after which he has given the complaint to the police. Police has started investigation.
