Uttarakhand / Dehradun: Administration took demolition action on gangster’s residence, had encroached on government land

Vicious, who was absconding for one year in the gangster case, was arrested a few days ago by the Vasant Vihar police station. Today on Saturday, the gangster’s residence at Mehuwala Tutowala in Dehradun was demolished. Cases are registered against the gangster in many police stations.

The house was built by the accused by encroachment on the government land. The report of the demolition of his house was also sent to the police administration. After which today the administration demolished the house with JCB. Let me tell you, DIG Dehradun Dalip Singh Kunwar had held a press conference in his office some time back regarding the matter. He told that last year a case was registered against Atiq Ahmed resident of Tuntowala, Patel Nagar under the Gangster Act. Several cases of land fraud are registered against him. When the Vasant Vihar police started the investigation, the accused was absconding.

DIG Dehradun Dalip Singh Kunwar declared a reward of 25 thousand rupees on him. After this Vasant Vihar police came to know that he was living in Jhajhra with a rented house. From there the Vasant Vihar police arrested him. During investigation, it was found that the accused had illegally constructed a house on government land. Demolition action was taken on his house on Saturday.
