Madhya Pradesh: Dhirendra Shastri being used for election campaign, Shankaracharya told young saint BJP spokesperson
After Puri’s astrologer Shankaracharya Avimukteshwaranand, now Shankaracharya of Govardhan Peeth Swami Nischalanand Saraswati also does not seem to agree with the views of young saint Pandit Dhirendra Krishna Shastri. During a press conference in Bhopal, when Shankaracharya was asked about Dhirendra Shastri, he got angry. Here he kept his displeasure at a very restrained level and called Dhirendra Shastri the spokesperson of the BJP. It is obvious that Shankaracharya has said in a way that Dhirendra Shastri is using his religious activities in favor of BJP.
Recently Jagadguru Shankaracharya Swami Nischalanand Saraswati was in Bhopal. During the conversation with the journalists here, he was also asked a question about Dhirendra Shastri. To which he replied that “You are getting a Shankaracharya to review a narrator and BJP spokesperson. This is not fair, it is not even in the national interest. One has to take the help of a boat while drowning. Similarly, politicians also have to take the help of God.
Jagadguru Shankaracharya further said, “BJP is using Dhirendra Shastri for election campaign. BJP is also using Dhirendra Shastri like Baba Ramdev. BJP makes such people into Mouni Baba. The Supreme Court changes its decisions on my point. Shall I review a storyteller?

During this, Shankaracharya also talked about the allegations of corruption in the construction of Mahakal Lok. He said, “The government has made Mahakal Lok a place of enjoyment. Along with the breaking of the idols of Saptarishis in Mahakal Lok, corruption has also come to the fore in the newly constructed buildings. But the government has not taken any action so far. Regarding this, the sages of the country are angry at the corruption in Mahakal Lok. Rishi Muni is preparing to go to court against the government.
It is clear from Shankaracharya’s statement that the country’s saint community is not completely in favor of BJP and in this fraternity those saints are also being criticized who are taking forward the political line of BJP. Earlier Shankaracharya of Jyotish Peeth Avimukteshwaranand had also said on Dhirendra Shastri’s continuous demand for Hindu Rashtra that the country does not want Hindu Rashtra but Ram Rajya. He had said that, “The politics of polarization is going on, there is mobilization of Hindu Rashtra i.e. Hindus. There will be mobilization with the Hindu nation, injustice will be done to those who are not Hindus. If the state has to be established then Ram Rajya should be established, where there will be justice for all.
Experts say that Dhirendra Shastri is being used for the upcoming elections as he can influence a large section, however, in the meanwhile this approach of Shankaracharyas is creating some problems for the Hindutva politics being done by the BJP. Could
