In fact, on May 25, when Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the Dehradun-Delhi Vande Bharat Express train through video conferencing, he had mentioned 9 gems of Uttarakhand.

Among the 9 gems that were mentioned by Prime Minister Narendra Modi- Badrinath Kedanarath reconstruction work, Gaurikund-Kedarnath-Hemkund Sahib ropeway project, connecting the mythological temples of Kumaon under Manaskhand temple garland, promoting home stay in Uttarakhand, eco-tourism destination , Expansion of health services in Uttarakhand, Tehri Lake Development Project, Rishikesh-Haridwar Adventure Tourism and Tanakpur-Bageshwar rail line.
