When the wife turned out to be a eunuch on the honeymoon, the husband lost his senses. The matter reached the court. Accepting the petition presented by the husband, the court declared the marriage void seven years ago. Divorce orders were passed. As per the case, by filing a petition in the Family Court, the plaintiff Sue (husband) alleged that he was married on 27 January 2016. After the marriage, the opposite party left her maternal home and came to the plaintiff’s house. On the day of the honeymoon, it was found that the woman is not a complete woman. Her genitals and breasts were not developed. Due to which it was not possible to make relation with the opposition. According to the plaintiff’s case, he was extremely distressed by the deception meted out to him. He could not tell anything to anyone because of his infamy.

He was afraid that people would make fun of him and his wife. The life of the plaintiff became miserable after the marriage. The plaintiff got his wife treated for a long time by several doctors. But everyone raised their hands. The wife of the plaintiff never even menstruated. After the case was filed in the family court through its advocate Arun Sharma Tehariya, the court declared the marriage between the plaintiff and the opposite party to be void and passed orders for divorce.
