Uttarakhand: Congress’s big disclosure, BJP accused Mayor and MLA of encroachment and encroachment of land

But the information given to Ajay Singhal through the letter was not sufficient and clear. In such a situation, he was again requested to provide clear information on 15 September 2022.

Accepted possession on seeking RTI

Mahara says that Ajay Singhal had also complained to the Municipal Commissioner about the occupation of about 6 bighas of land by the Siddharth Paramedical College, located in Danda Lakhond. He said that Singhal is constantly complaining about land encroachment, but the government and the municipal corporation are not ready to listen. In such a situation, when he asked for information under the Right to Information Act, the possession of 3 bighas was accepted. But no action was taken to remove the encroachment.

BJP MLA accused of land grabbing

Karan Mahara alleged that under the supervision of the mayor of the BJP Janata Party and his party, the work of razing the land is being done in Dehradun. In such a situation, when the hearing of the BJP corporator is not being held, then how will the hearing of a common man take place? Raising the matter of Haridwar, Mahara said that Bada Udasin Akhara in Haridwar has accused BJP MLA Madan Kaushik of taking possession of the land of Udasin Akhara. A large number of saints have raised the demand that the land encroached upon by Madan Kaushik and his family members should be investigated so that there can be milk of milk and water of water.

Demand for investigation by High Court judge

Mahara raised the demand that the government should immediately set up a committee under the chairmanship of the sitting judge of the High Court and conduct an impartial inquiry into the matter. He said that the cases of disappearance and death of many saints are also coming to the fore. In such a situation, this matter should also be investigated immediately. Mahara said that the government should come forward and give its statement on this subject.
