Sugam Darshan in Kashi Vishwanath temple in Savan is expensive, instead of ₹ 300, ₹ 500 will have to be paid, ₹ 750 will be charged on Monday; Mangala Aarti fee double

Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple Trust of Varanasi has issued a new rate list for darshan and aarti in the month of Sawan. Now instead of Rs 300, Rs 500 will have to be paid for easy darshan. While instead of 500, 1000 thousand rupees will have to be given for Mangala Aarti.

The rate will be higher on the eight Mondays of the month of Sawan. On this day, you will have to pay Rs 750 for Sugam Darshan and Rs 2000 for Mangala Aarti. This rate will be applicable from July 4 and will continue till August 31. This information was given by the CEO of the temple, Sunil Kumar Verma.

Verma told that 500 rupees will have to be paid for Madhyahna Aarti Bhog, Saptarshi Aarti, Night Shringar Aarti. This rate is Rs 300 on other days except Sawan. Whereas, Rs 700 will have to be paid for Rudrabhishek from 1 Shastri and Rs 2100 for Rudrabhishek from 5 Shastris. At the same time, 7500 rupees will have to be paid on Monday for Sanyasi Bhog. While on other days 4500 rupees will have to be paid.

Devotees do not need to stand in line after paying the fee for Sugam Darshan. Along with this, they are also given a box of prasad after darshan.

Baba’s makeup will be done on eight Sawan Mondays
Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple Trust told that on July 10, on the first Monday of Sawan, the decoration of the moving statue of Baba Vishwanath will be done. There will be Gauri-Shankar Shringar on the second Monday, July 17, Amrit Varsha Shringar on the third Monday, Bhagirathi Shringar on the fourth and Masik Purnima Shringar.

Tapasyarat Parvati Shringar on 5th Monday, Shankar Parvati Ganesh Shringar on 6th Monday, Ardhanarishwar Shringar on 7th Monday, Rudraksh Shringar on 8th Monday (August 28) and Annual Jhula Shringar on 31st August.

Consideration of ‘water way’ for Vishwanath Darshan in Sawan
The trust informed that the abode of Shri Kashi Vishwanath is ready for Shiva devotees and kanwariyas. 6 to 7 lakh devotees can visit on the first day. At the same time, this number can cross 1 crore in the entire month of Sawan. In the scorching heat of June itself, 1 to 1.50 lakh devotees are visiting everyday.

The ‘water way’ of Assi and Namo Ghat can be opened to take Shiva devotees to Kashi Vishwanath temple in Sawan. Devotees will be able to reach Kashi Vishwanath Dham from here in 15-20 minutes without jam and noise. Diesel engine taxis can also be started on these routes before Sawan.

There will be a meeting regarding preparations on June 27
Sunil Verma told that on this Tuesday (June 27), Varanasi Commissioner Kaushal Raj Sharma will hold a meeting regarding the preparations and routes for Sawan. It will be decided in this meeting that what will be the way of entry and exit in the temple? Through which routes can the devotees come and go?

It is being told that more and more devotees, including VIPs, will be given entry through the Ganges gate. At the same time, vehicles on the route from Madagin and Godaulia to the temple will be banned for the whole of Sawan.

The temple is being kept cool
Sunil Verma said that it is estimated that more than 6 lakh devotees will visit and worship in the Kashi Vishwanath temple this Sawan. In view of the scorching heat, the temple will be given a very cool atmosphere for the devotees. Devotees would be queuing up under the German hangar. There will be mats on the ground, on which the devotees will walk barefoot.

High power cooler, fan and cold mineral water will be available at some distance. Apart from this, facilities will also be provided for medical emergency. On July 4, red carpets will be laid for the devotees in the Dham. Will be welcomed with flower showers.

Darshan will be done without waiting
Sunil Verma told that the devotees coming in Sawan will be given darshan without much waiting. There will be a lot of convenience in entry-exit for many facilities and entry into the temple.

Last year in 2022, more than one crore devotees had darshan of Baba at the time of Sawan. While about 6 to 6.50 lakh devotees came on Monday of Sawan. And this time around 1.25 crore devotees are expected to come in Sawan. 7 to 7.50 lakh devotees can come on Monday of Sawan.
